Basic Job Functions:

+ Job Release Reporting: Compile and prepare internal reports to support the timely and accurate release of jobs.

+ Customer Follow-Up: Send professional follow-up emails to customers regarding missing documents, outstanding balances, and general inquiries.

+ Invoicing & Accuracy: Create and send customer invoices while verifying all billing information for accuracy and completeness.

+ Monthly Statements: Distribute monthly account statements to customers and ensure all records are up to date.

+ Payment Processing: Deposit customer payments promptly and accurately, ensuring proper application and documentation.

+ Lien Documentation: Gather, and organize all necessary documents required for lien filing to support our legal and financial protections.

+ Customer Service: Collaborate with internal teams and communicate with customers to provide accurate information and maintain strong relationships.

Minimum Requirements:

+ High School Diploma

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Effective written and verbal communication

Preferred Qualifications:

+ 6 months of experience in banking, finance or accounting

+ Associate or bachelors degree in accounting or finance

+ Experience working with Microsoft D365

+ 6-months of experience in construction related credit administration
