    POSITION SUMMARY:

    The Supply Chain Sr. Analyst plays a critical role in driving the standardization and optimization of supply chain processes across functional pillars. This position leads the planning, development, and deployment of Power BI reporting tools to deliver actionable insights that empower data-driven decision-making. Collaborating closely with MFCD sites, the role ensures harmonization of supply chain processes while maintaining compliance with local regulatory requirements.

     

    In addition, the role spearheads supply chain change management initiatives and system implementation strategies, working directly with internal teams and external IT and consulting partners. The Supply Chain Sr. Analyst provides expert guidance on supply chain systems, tools, and business processes to enhance operational efficiency and support the overall supply chain strategy.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    + Plays a key role in the supply chain team assessment and redesign of local and back-office processes such as demand planning, scheduling, procurement. Manufacturing and warehousing, in cooperation with the corporate IT function.

    + Collaborates with internal sites to enhance the SIOP process by conducting regular assessments and leading action plans to improve the division’s SIOP performance score.

    + Responsible for maintaining item master data integrity in the ERP system and driving quarterly PFEP (Plan for Every Part) analysis to support strategic alignment and continuous improvement.

    + Responsible for managing the Division’s inventory levels and driving initiatives to optimize Days Sales of Inventory (DSI) and overall inventory performance.

    + The ability to influence peers and Executives across organizational lines to take action on any division strategic initiatives or process changes in support of implementation efficiencies.

    + Plays a key role in the analysis, planning, and design of the strategic systems and processes necessary to achieve Parker Win strategy objectives, global dashboards, and reporting tools.

    + Builds supply chain processes, reporting, analytics, and systems in the Parker supply chain organization.

    + Actively engages and communicates with all division supply chain leaders and key stakeholders, so that they can pro-actively respond to changing business requirements and environments, managing the change projects to successful completion in this environment on time and budget.

    + Identifies of additional improvement opportunities in supply chain and supports the development, presentation and successful adoption of the business case for projects.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    + Bachelor’s Degree (Business or Supply Chain)

    + 10 or more years’ experience within operations / supply chain disciplines

    + Supply Chain best practices or Lean and supply chain re-engineering experience

    + Experience working Internationally with other supply chain systems and operating structures

    + Understanding of ERP and MRP systems

    + Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills

    + Strong managerial, communication, and interpersonal skills

    COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION

    + Pay Range: $101,874 to $169,885

    + Participation in Annual Incentive Program
