    Lube Technician – Volkswagen of Des Moines

     

    Are you passionate about automotive care and looking for an opportunity to grow in the industry? Volkswagen of Des Moines is seeking a dedicated Lube Technician to join our team! If you have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a love for vehicles, we’d love to hear from you.

    Responsibilities:

    + Perform vehicle maintenance as assigned, following dealer and factory standards.

    + Conduct minor maintenance tasks, including changing engine oil and filters.

    + Complete vehicle maintenance inspections, including tires, brakes, and fluid levels.

    + Communicate vehicle repair and maintenance recommendations to the service advisor.

    Qualifications:

    + Basic mechanical understanding of automobiles.

    + Previous experience as an express/quick lube technician preferred.

    + Ability to operate a variety of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions.

    + Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

    + Team-oriented with a commitment to providing top-tier customer service.

    + Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
