    Overview

    **Position:** Physical Therapist - Outpatient

    **Location:** 4949 Westown Parkway, Suite 170, West Des Moines, IA 50266

    **Schedule:** Monday-Friday (3 days until 6pm)

    **Compensation:** $75,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

    **Incentives:** Up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus and/or uncapped student debt relief

    Responsibilities

    + Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations

    + Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients

    + Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors

    + Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

    Qualifications

    + Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school

    + Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice

    + CPR certification
