Role: Salesforce Tech Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with strong experience in Salesforce technologies and This role requires the candidates to be onsite in Hartford, CT

Responsibilities

+ Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.

+ Oversee the development and customization of Salesforce applications ensuring best practices are followed.

+ Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements translating them into technical specifications.

+ Ensure the security and integrity of Salesforce data through effective identity and access management.

+ Implement and maintain sharing and visibility rules to ensure data privacy and compliance.

+ Utilize Salesforce DevOps tools and practices to streamline development and deployment processes.

+ Oversee data management activities including data migration integration and quality assurance.

+ Develop and maintain Lightning components to improve the functionality and user interface of Salesforce applications.

+ Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.

+ Conduct regular code reviews and performance assessments to ensure high-quality deliverables.

+ Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

The annual salary for this position is between $129.000 – $152.000. depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
