eCommerce Manager

As the eCommerce Manager, your main responsibilities will be a champion for the growth and development of Butler’s digital platforms. You will play a key role in project management for the department by working through customer communication and strategy implementation for the digital platforms. You will be responsible for supporting your team, which is responsible for system testing and improvement, completing customer registrations, and creating support tickets. This role will be located at our Corporate offices in Fargo, ND. There is some travel required for this position, whether it is to customer trade shows, training, or to go on-site to assist our stores or customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Completes customer registrations to validate users to enable customers to transact and improve the digital experience.
+ Primary contact for OEM partners regarding eCommerce performance, projects to grow the channel, and dealer program performance.
+ Testing and system troubleshooting to support new platform development and customer experience.
+ Develops initiatives and strategies to support digital growth to meet dealer and OEM goals
+ Develop and perform training for both internal and external system users.
+ Develop and maintain reporting on digital statistics, including customer activation and sales.
+ Develop and complete annual account review to ensure proper account and data health.
Qualifications:
+ Four-year related degree or equivalent experience and training required
+ 2 years of segmentation & data analysis required
+ 2 years of project management required
+ 3 years of eCommerce management required
+ Excellent customer service skills required
+ Knowledge of the Ag and Heavy equipment industry preferred
+ B2B eCommerce strategy, Google Analytics, PowerBI experience preferred
+ Good oral and written communication skills
+ Detail-oriented
+ Microsoft Suite experience preferred
+ Must have good leadership, detail, and organizational skills.
+ Ability and willingness to work flexible hours
+ Must possess a clean driving record
