The IRA Program Manager
will play a critical role on the successful launch of Inflation Reduction Act
programs across several states ensuring compliance with Inflation Reduction Act
(IRA) requirements across all company projects. This position will support
project teams, subcontractors, and vendors in adhering to federal labor,
apprenticeship, and domestic content regulations. You will have a unique
opportunity to shape and build a best-in-class startup function that is
scalable nationwide and, once startup activities are complete, this role will
shift into overseeing the same program/s you helped launch.
This position will
report directly to our North America Regional Payroll Manager.
How You’ll Make anImpact
+ Leadthe implementation and enforcement of IRA compliance policies, risks andprocedures across departments to ensure the success of the long-term IRACompliance program strategy!
+ Developefficient systems for monitoring and managing compliance at a portfoliolevel rather than on a project-by-project basis.
+ Actas a liaison between project owners, subcontractors, and site teams toaddress IRA-related compliance issues, ensuring that IRA obligations aremet throughout the project lifecycle.
+ Conductcompliance audits, track documentation, and raise non-compliance issues toleadership as necessary.
+ Assistthe service team in identifying appropriate DOL classifications and wagerates for project bids. Assist in structuring and refining the company'sapprenticeship program in alignment with IRA requirements.
What You Bring
+ Bachelor’sdegree in business administration, Construction Management, Law,Compliance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
+ 5+years of experience in compliance, labor regulations, constructionmanagement, or a related field.
+ Experiencewith Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) compliance, Davis-Bacon Act, prevailingwage laws, and apprenticeship requirements (required).
+ Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate withsubcontractors, vendors, project teams,
+ and leadership!
+ Experiencewith data tracking tools, compliance software, or third-party monitoringsystems is a plus.
+ Applicantsmust be legally authorized for employment in the United States withoutneed for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. SiemensEnergy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible forinternal transfers.
