    Job Responsibilities:

    The Solution Architect role oversees technologies which should be used as part of the InfoLink platform. This position will help drive long-term architectural direction of global fleet and service management products. This position will collaborate closely with design leads, product leads and technical leads to ensure product alignment with architectural direction and standards. Provide consulting and technical guidance to development teams as requested. In this role you will lead the technical vision to success by creating Technical Requirement Documents at a project level providing proper solutioning of complex systems. This position reports to the Manager Solutions Architecture.

    Remote Work:

    This is a hybrid position that will require periodic visits to the corporate office in New Bremen, Ohio. Quarterly at a minimum.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Minimum of 8 years programming experience, with expertise in Java

    + Expertise in architectural patterns and framework.

    + Experience coding in C# and/or .Net or Java

    + AWS and/or Azure experience.

    + Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or related field. _Equivalent experience in lieu of a degree will be considered._

    + Good written, verbal, analytical, and organizational skills

    + Reliable transportation

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + AWS Certified Solutions Architect

    + API Management experience

    + Kafka experience

    + Proven experience as software architect

    + Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture

    + Excellent knowledge of UML and other modeling methods

    + Familiarity with HTML/CSS, JavaScript and UI/UX design

    + Understanding of software quality assurance principles

    + A technical mindset with high attention to detail

    + High quality organizational and leadership skills

    + Good presentation skills
