    Are you a licensed Property & Casualty insurance agent looking to join a supportive team in a fast-paced, client-focused environment? We are urgently recruiting for a motivated and professional individual to help grow our client’s newest site in Liberty, MO.

    Position Overview:

    As a Licensed Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling and servicing Property & Casualty insurance policies. This is a full-time, in-office role with consistent hours and a clear pathway to commission-based earnings after an initial hourly pay period.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Engage with customers to understand their insurance needs

    + Quote and bind Property & Casualty policies

    + Educate clients on policy options, coverages, and benefits

    + Follow up on leads and maintain accurate client records

    + Provide exceptional customer service during all stages of the sales process

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    + Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a sales environment

    + Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a team setting

    + Proficient with computers and basic office software

    **Pay Details:** $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
