    Adecco is currently assisting a local surface engineering manufacturer, recruiting for **Production Associate’s** in the **Kennebunk, ME** area! These roles are temp-to-hire opportunities, with the possibility of incentives, overtime, and base pay increases.

    Schedules:

    *All shift hours are subject to fluctuate start or end times by 30 minutes*

    1 st Shift – Monday – Friday – 7:00AM – 3:30PM - $18+ / HR

    2 nd Shift – Monday – Friday – 3:00PM – 11:30PM - $19.50+ / HR

    3 rd Shift – Sunday – Thursday – 9:30PM – 6:00AM - $20+ / HR

    Roles Available:

    Sandblasters

    + Sandblasting a variety of small parts.

    + Attention to detail is very critical.

    + Some equipment is automated, and others are manual cabinets.

    + Verify quantities.

    Polishing Operator

    + Running multiple vibratory bowls.

    + Parts are loaded and equipment runs for a set amount of time. Once the cycle is complete the operator removes all parts from the bowl and processes them through a parts washer.

    + Verify quantities.

    + Attention to detail and able to read instructions.

    Production Operator

    + Consists of loading and unloading coating machines.

    + Cleaning and staging part for coating.

    + Attention to detail and able to read instructions.

    + Verify quantities.

    Inspecting/Packing

    + Attention to detail.

    + Verify quantities.

    + Inspect and securely package customer product.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Perform required manufacturing processes meeting all quality and production standards

    + Complete all required production, verifying the accuracy and completeness of all data

    + Follow all safety policies and look for areas to improve safety

    + Communicate with other key personnel assigned in their area

    Physical Requirements:

    + Up to 8 hours of walking and standing

    + Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

    + Must be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing/production environment

    **Pay Details:** $18.00 to $20.00 per week
