• Warehouse Associate - 1st Shift

    Our customer, TEC Specialty Products, is seeking Warehouse Associates in the Aurora, IL area! Tec Specialty is a leading U.S.-based manufacturer specializing in flooring installation and surface preparation systems for both commercial and residential construction.

    Position Summary:

    As a Warehouse Operator at TEC Specialty, you’ll play a vital role in the logistics and production flow. You'll be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, and shipping raw materials and finished goods to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers and production lines.

    The shift is as follows:

    + Monday-Friday; 6:00am-2:30pm

    This position comes with:

    + A pay rate of $20.00/hr

    + Quarterly bonuses up to 3%

    + Bi-weekly pay

    + PTO + 11 Paid Holidays

    Key Responsibilities

    + Load, unload, and move products and materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment

    + Verify and record incoming and outgoing shipments

    + Stage raw materials for production and remove finished goods from production areas

    + Perform daily inventory checks and assist in cycle counts

    + Maintain accurate records using RF scanners or inventory systems

    + Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and storage areas.

    Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

    + Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a dusty or noisy environment

    + Basic math and mechanical skills

    + Willingness to work overtime or flexible shifts as needed

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
