    What You’ll Do

    + Lead engaging, therapeutic activities

    + Guide clients through sobriety with 12-step and evidence-based practices

    + Coordinate transportation to AA/NA meetings and community events

    + Create personalized treatment plans and track progress

    + Facilitate social and recreational programs

    + Provide one-on-one counseling and family support

    + Be a trusted advocate and crisis responder

    What You Bring

    + Bachelors in psychology, Human Services, or related field (preferred)

    + 1–3 years of experience or equivalent

    + Certified or certification-eligible in addictions treatment

    + Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

    + Self-starter with a passion for helping others
