    Machine Operator – 2nd Shift

    We are looking for a **Machine Operator** to join our team on **2nd shift (3:30 PM – 12 Midnight).** In this role, you will help set up, operate, and maintain CNC production machines like lathes, grinders, and mills.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Run High-Tech Machines: Learn to operate CNC equipment and help create important parts that keep people safe.

    • Build with Precision: Use tools to shape, assemble, and inspect parts, making sure every piece meets high quality standards.

    • Work as a Team: Team up with coworkers and supervisors to stay on schedule, solve problems, and improve safety and organization.

    • Aim High: Push yourself to meet and beat performance goals while delivering top-notch work on time.

    • Stay Ready: Take extra shifts during busy times and restart machines after power issues to keep production moving.

    • Follow the Standard: Set up machines based on blueprints, follow safety rules, and help keep a clean, efficient workspace.

    What You Need:

    + **Education:** High school diploma or GED required.

    + **Mechanical Know-How:** Comfortable working with machines—setting them up, running them, and fixing issues when they come up.

    + **Tech-Ready:** Basic computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office help you stay on top of today’s digital tools.

    + **Team Player:** You work well with others, communicate clearly, and enjoy being part of a team that solves problems together.

    + **Problem Solver:** You think fast, fix issues, and keep production running smoothly.

    + **Hands-On and Sharp-Minded:** You like working with your hands, enjoy math and technology, and aren’t afraid to get involved with complex systems.

     

    Salary/Benefits: $18 - $20/hour (depending on experience) PLUS a shift differential of up to $1.50/hr. Health insurance, 401k, PTO, holidays - and much more!
