We are building our 3rd shift production team! Consider Oatey! We are looking for dependable team members who are committed to working our overnight 3rd shift schedule. After 6 months of service on 3rd shift, associates may be eligible to apply for other roles or shifts. Currently, Production Operator openings are limited for this role, and are focused on our chemical operation. What we’re looking for…
Our Production Operator Associates are the driving force for Oatey’s manufacturing operations. In this role you will support our customers by building products, batching, operating production machinery, and assembling Oatey products for shipment.
+ Work with a safety-first mindset, to include using company provided PPE.
+ Meet daily production needs for our customers as assigned by department leads.
+ Identify and verify raw materials, package, label, and palletize finished products.
+ Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness throughout the day.
+ Complete required production documentation.
+ Inspect the product for quality (including labels, weights, visuals).
+ Other duties as assigned.

+ Ability to read and comprehend work orders.

Experience that will set you apart….
+ One (1) year related production work experience (manufacturing, distribution, meat packing, fast food, etc.)
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ Knowledge of various equipment (fill machines, pallet jack, box knifes, batch gun, etc.)
3rd Shift Schedule:** **Monday - Friday 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
