**SALARY:** $82,400 - $97,850 bonus eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:
Anheuser-Busch Brewing Properties, LLC seeks a full-time Area Manager based in Jacksonville, FL.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Responsible for leading a front-line manufacturing team during an Autonomous Operations transition where front line team members are empowered to take ownership and make production decisions.
+ Lead a Safety Culture transition from a reactive mindset to an interdependent mindset where front line team members are proactive and looking out for each other’s safety.
+ Draft and audit Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures in a complex and multi-risk environment to lead a safety culture of zero risk exposure.
+ Coordinate corrective and preventative maintenance with maintenance technicians, line improvement technician, and reliability manager to ensure production line goal attainment.
+ Acting as front-line manager and supervising approximately 12 production operators and maintenance technicians and maintenance execution in a 24/7 production facility
+ Responsible for Safety, Quality, and Production of two Packaging lines on designated shift
+ Owning team's development through upskilling and on the job experiences to increase team engagement and driving results.
+ Learning brewing and packaging processes through hands-on training.
+ Leading and coaching teams through solving problems and monitoring of key operating processes and equipment utilizing lean manufacturing and six sigma methodology.
+ Promoting and encouraging safe working practices.
+ Becoming a qualified beer taster to ensure the quality of our products (if of legal drinking age).
+ Managing highly automated, complex processes in a fast-paced and high-energy environment
+ Identifying areas to improve operations in order to achieve or exceed key performance indicators and targets.
+ Working with senior leaders to drive process improvement initiatives and change efforts.
+ Developing, monitoring, and maintaining production plans, inventories, and schedules to ensure excellent process performance and product quality.
+ Use of SAP application to plan preventative maintenance cycles and maintenance outages. Use and apply knowledge of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) system and regulations.
+ Position based in Jacksonville, FL.
+ Must be able to work any shift, and weekends.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
+ This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field and two (2) years related experience.
+ Must also have 12 months of experience with each of the following (which may have been gained concurrently):
+ Drafting and auditing of Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures in a complex and multi-risk environment to lead a safety culture of zero risk exposure.
+ Leading a manufacturing team of operators and technicians through performance management, training and problem solving. Daily monitoring of key operating processes while utilizing lean manufacturing and six sigma methodology.
+ High speed manufacturing, process improvement and optimization through technical problem-solving capabilities for a 24/7 operation.
+ Coordinating and allocating appropriate skillset utilization to perform corrective and preventative maintenance in tandem with production schedules. Use of SAP application to plan preventative maintenance cycles and maintenance outages; and
+ Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) protocol application in a food safety environment and regulation application experience.
+ Employer will accept experience gained concurrently.
+ This position supervises 12 production operators and maintenance technicians.
