Our client, a growing and award-winning construction services company, is expanding operations and seeking a Full-Time **Outside Sales Representative** to join their team.
This is a direct sales role that focuses on selling construction-related services directly to residential customers through door-to-door canvassing.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Prospect and generate leads through door-to-door canvassing
+ Build rapport with customers and overcome objections confidently
+ Close sales and ensure proper documentation is completed accurately
+ Track sales activity and manage leads using CRM tools
+ Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction before, during, and after a job.
+ Help homeowners navigate the insurance claim process.
+ Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
+ Attend annual sales training and professional development events
+ Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times
Requirements:
+ Valid driver’s license.
+ Ability to pass background check and MVR screening
+ Must be comfortable with canvassing and conducting in-person, door-to-door sales.
+ Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
+ Must be able to lift and carry at least 30 lbs.
+ 2+ years of experience in outside or direct, door-to-door, sales is preferred but not required.
Our client offers:
+ Base salary in the $50k-60k range + uncapped commission _(avg 1_ _st_ _year earnings are between 70k-100k)_

**Pay Details:** $52,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
