Adecco is partnering with a respected local client to fill a key temporary position in **Frankfort, KY** . This opportunity offers hands-on experience in a dynamic office environment at $16.20/hour + benefits —perfect for enhancing your administrative career.
Position Overview
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized professional to manage front desk responsibilities and perform essential data entry tasks. This role requires excellent multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to office support.
Key Responsibilities
+ Accurately enter and proofread data
+ Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
+ Answer and manage multi-line phone systems
+ Greet and assist office visitors professionally
+ Draft correspondence and schedule appointments
+ Operate standard office equipment (fax, copier, phone systems)
+ Organize and file documents; manage incoming and outgoing mail
+ Route calls and correspondence to appropriate contacts
Qualifications
+ Proven experience in data entry and administrative support
+ High attention to detail and accuracy
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
+ Strong organizational and time management skills
+ Clear and professional communication style
+ Must submit an up-to-date resume for consideration

**Pay Details:** $16.20 per hour
