Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Senior Sales Operations Analyst** to join our Revenue Operations team. This pivotal role will be instrumental in driving sales effectiveness and efficiency through robust planning, insightful reporting and analysis, precise compensation management, and strategic collaboration on our system and data infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of **sales processes, strong analytical capabilities, and a proactive approach** to identifying and implementing solutions that support our sales organization's goals. You will be a key partner to sales leadership, finance, and other cross-functional teams, translating data into actionable strategies and optimizing our operational workflows.

Responsibilities
Reporting & Analysis
+ Design, develop, and maintain key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards and reports leveraging various data sources for various levels of the sales organization (executive, regional, individual contributor).
+ Conduct in-depth analysis of sales performance, pipeline health, conversion rates, and other critical metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
+ Provide ad-hoc analysis and strategic recommendations to support sales leadership in decision-making.
+ Automate and streamline reporting processes where possible to enhance efficiency and data accessibility.
Strategy & Planning
+ Lead the development and refinement of sales forecasting models, working closely with sales leadership to ensure accuracy and provide actionable insights.
+ Contribute to annual sales planning cycles, including territory design, quota setting, and capacity planning.
+ Analyze market trends and internal sales performance to inform strategic sales initiatives.
System & Data Infrastructure Collaboration
+ Act as a key liaison between Sales Operations and Business Intelligence/Data teams to enhance and maintain our sales data infrastructure.
+ Identify opportunities for system improvements, data quality enhancements, and process automation to optimize sales operations.
+ Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of new sales systems and tools.
+ Ensure data integrity and consistency across all sales systems.
Compensation Management
+ Administer and manage sales incentive compensation plans, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to company policies.
+ Calculate and validate sales commissions, bonuses, and SPIFFs.
+ Collaborate with finance and HR to ensure compensation plans are aligned with company goals and effectively incentivize desired sales behaviors.
+ Address and resolve commission-related inquiries from the sales team.
About You
+ Bachelor’s degree in **Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics,** or a related quantitative field
+ 4+ years of experience in **Sales Operations, Business Operations, Sales Analytics,** or a similar analytical role, preferably within a B2B SaaS company
+ Proven expertise in core sales operations responsibilities, such as **sales planning, forecasting, reporting** , and compensation administration
+ Strong r **eporting, analytical and problem-solving skills** with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
+ Highly proficient with CRM systems, particularly **Salesforce,** including report and dashboard creation, and understanding of data models
+ **Detail-oriented** with a strong commitment to accuracy and data integrity
+ Proactive, self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to **manage multiple priorities** in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to **effectively collaborate** with stakeholders at all levels
