+ Oversee day-to-day operations at assigned sites, including safety, attendance, compliance, incident response, and documentation

+ Lead staff professional development, conduct site visits, and assess program quality using internal and external evaluation tools

+ Ensure full compliance with NYS School Age Child Care (SACC) regulations, DOE, DYCD, and other contract and regulatory requirements

+ Guide budget planning and track expenditures in collaboration with Program Directors

+ Develop positive relationships with parents and community stakeholders to promote program visibility and family engagement

+ Contribute to agency-wide planning, leadership initiatives, and strategic goals

    Qualifications:

+ At least 18 credit hours in Education or a related field

+ Minimum 5 years of experience in youth development or education

+ Minimum 3 years of experience in program leadership, school administration, or multi-site supervision

+ Familiarity with DOE, DYCD (COMPASS/SONYC), and SACC regulations and procedures

+ Strong organizational, communication, and instructional leadership skills

+ Demonstrated ability to coach staff and manage teams in dynamic settings

+ Cultural competence and a commitment to equity in education

    Preferred:

+ Life Insurance and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

    + 403(b) Retirement Plan
