Description
**Astronics Corporation** is seeking a **Senior Financial Reporting Analyst** to join our high-impact Finance Team. You’ll play a central role in the company’s financial reporting cycle: consolidating data, supporting SEC filings, and developing internal and external financial statements and reports. This role will assist executive and subsidiary management.

What you'll do:
+ Assist with the preparation of relevant SEC filings, including financial statements and related footnote disclosures, MD&A, proxy statement, etc.
+ Assist with the consolidation of financial information to support disclosures in Form 10-Q and Form 10-K filings.
+ Work directly with corporate (accounting, tax, treasury, legal) and subsidiary management to aggregate footnote and support schedules.
+ Assist with the preparation of schedules to be included in the quarterly earnings release and presentations to executive management and the Board of Directors.
+ Assist with the preparation of reporting requirements under our asset-based revolving credit facility and other banking arrangements.
+ Develop and implement process improvements to facilitate timely and relevant accounting, management data collection, and reporting.
+ Assist with the evaluation and development of certain accounting policies.
+ Assist with the Corporate Treasury function as needed.
+ Special projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
+ CPA preferred.
+ 1-3 years relevant public accounting experience, preferably in the aerospace or manufacturing industry.
+ Advanced Excel skills.
+ Strong knowledge of GAAP and other regulatory standards.
+ SEC reporting experience is a plus.
+ Experience with Workiva or similar reporting tools is a plus.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
+ Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
+ Effective leadership skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
**Base salary range is $85,000 - $105,000 per year** .
Several job-related and non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience in comparable roles, skill sets, training, education, licensure or certifications, other qualifications, market conditions and business needs influence actual salary offered.
At Astronics, it is more typical for an individual to be hired closer to the mid-point than near the top of the range.
