Outpatient Pulmonary Physician Opportutnity - Shareholder Track
**Mercy Medical Group (MMG) (https://www.dignityhealth.org/dhmf/about/network/mercy-medical-group)** , a multi-specialty group with 500+ healthcare providers in the Sacramento region, is looking to add a fellowship-trained, skilled and compassionate Outpatient Pulmonologist to join our dynamic healthcare team.
This position is **outpatient only** , full-time Monday - Friday. Spirometry is done in the clinic with other procedures done at the hospital. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing service line of dynamic individuals in a busy practice. New grad physicians are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits:
+ Guaranteed Annual Salary: $366,574- $388,138 per year, Depending on experience

**Mercy Medical Group (MMG)** is a dynamic, growing organization with a long-standing history of providing exceptional medical care in the Sacramento area. MMG is a large multi-specialty medical group of 500+ providers comprised of primary care physicians, specialists in more than 30 medical and surgical specialties, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners. These professionals provide seamless primary and specialty care, working together to meet the unique needs of each individual patient. MMG clinicians provide services to patients at Dignity Health Medical Foundation locations throughout the Sacramento region. Mercy Medical Group is aligned with Dignity Health, operating on a medical foundation model.

Qualifications
+ Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
+ BC/BE in pulmonology.
+ Completion of an accredited residency program in internal medicine and fellowship in pulmonology.
+ Valid medical license and ability to practice medicine in the desired location.
+ Strong clinical skills in the diagnosis and management of pulmonary diseases.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, colleagues, and healthcare staff.
+ Dedication to providing high-quality, evidence-based care with a patient-centered approach.
+ Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with advancements in the field of pulmonology.

Pay Range
$176.23 - $186.60 /hour
