Job Title: Office AdministratorJob Description
The Office Administrator plays a pivotal role in researching and implementing technological solutions to enhance company efficiency. This position requires leading the research and integration of a new ERP system, creating tools to facilitate smoother business operations, and customizing systems to meet organizational needs. The role also involves introducing new functionalities to existing systems, overseeing installation and configuration of new systems, and maintaining the facility's infrastructure, including network and hardware.
Responsibilities
+ Research new technologies to increase efficiencies in the company.
+ Lead research and implementation of a new ERP system.
+ Create tools based on the ERP system to improve business operations.
+ Implement requests for customization of the ERP system.
+ Devise methods to introduce new functionalities to current systems.
+ Oversee installation and configuration of new systems, customizing them for organizational use.
+ Maintain infrastructure within the facility, including network, hardware, and provide technical support.
