    Job Description

As a leader in Prime Video's technology team, you will oversee the development of a comprehensive marketing technology suite, driving transformative initiatives across the organization's global marketing operations.

    Responsibilities

    + Own and drive the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for a transformative marketing technology platform.

    + Partner with marketing leadership to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

    + Lead the development of an integrated suite including campaign planning, digital asset management, creative workflow tools, trafficking solutions, and analytics platforms.

    + Define and standardize workflows across global marketing organizations.

    + Make strategic decisions about build vs. buy technology solutions.

    + Drive cross-functional alignment across multiple stakeholder groups, including Studios, Programming, and Regional Marketing teams.

    + Develop metrics and success criteria for measuring impact and ROI.

    + Lead and mentor product managers across the platform's suite of products.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in marketing technology and advertising technology.

    + Strong product management skills.

    + Proficiency in business case analysis and presentation.

    + Expertise in requirements gathering.

    + 5+ years of experience in a relevant field.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology (Computer Science) or Business (MBA) preferred.

    + Experience with digital asset management and workflow automation.

    + Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

    + Strong technical expertise combined with business acumen and leadership skills.

    Work Environment

    This is a standard full-time position with a 9-5 work schedule, totaling 40 hours per week. You will work within the dynamic and fast-paced environment of Prime Video, where innovation and collaboration are highly valued.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $73.00/hr.
