Are you a logistics pro who thrives on building relationships, negotiating smart deals, and keeping freight moving smoothly? We’re looking for aContract Specialistwho’s ready to take ownership of carrier sourcing and booking for our valued shippers.

• What You’ll Do

+ Own the carrier process: Source, negotiate, and book carriers for assigned freight using target rates.

+ Build strong partnerships: Develop and maintain carrier relationships to ensure consistent, reliable bookings.

+ Drive freight sales: Proactively sell available freight to spot and dedicated carriers via calls, emails, and more.

+ Keep things moving: Coordinate with dispatch, schedule pickups, and provide real-time updates to ensure on-time delivery.

+ Grow our network: Onboard new carriers and ensure compliance with company standards.

+ Support pricing strategies: Assist with spot quotes, mini projects, and RFPs to help win new business.

+ Stay organized: Maintain carrier agreements and accessorial schedules, and track performance metrics.

• What You Bring

+ 2–3 years of experience in a logistics or transportation environment.

+ Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

+ Familiarity with RFPs and freight pricing.

+ Bonus: Experience in procurement or carrier onboarding.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
