Job Title: Marketing Specialist/Videographer
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to create and edit marketing content for both internal and external communications. This role involves producing multimedia content, planning and organizing marketing events, managing promotional items, and maintaining customer relationship data. You will also develop and optimize digital marketing campaigns, perform administrative tasks, and collaborate with sales and videographer departments. Staying updated on industry trends and seeking new strategies to increase organizational awareness will be key to your success.
Responsibilities
+ Create and edit marketing content for emails, social media, website updates, digital content, promotional materials, and press releases.
+ Produce multimedia content for marketing purposes.
+ Plan, organize, and support marketing events and farm shows, including exhibit management, travel coordination, event setup/teardown, promotions, and expense tracking.
+ Manage and order corporate promotional items and apparel.
+ Maintain customer relationship data using platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce.
+ Develop and optimize digital marketing campaigns using Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ad Manager, and Instagram.
+ Perform administrative tasks to support the marketing department.
+ Collaborate with sales and videographer departments.
+ Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
+ Seek new strategies to increase organizational awareness.
+ Create engaging stories with photography and video for communications.
+ Edit video footage, adding music, dialogues, graphics, and effects.
+ Plan shoots, ensure equipment readiness, and maintain video continuity and sequencing.
+ Implement new editing technologies and best practices.
+ Strategize media needs and video opportunities with the sales and marketing team.
+ Capture product photos for the website.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premier and After Effects.
+ Expertise in social media platforms.
+ Exceptional writing skills for scripts and strategies.
+ Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Film Studies, Cinematography, Marketing, or a related field.
+ Ability to travel and record outdoors.
+ Proficiency with camera equipment.
+ Ability to produce content quickly and adjust to shifting priorities.
+ Independent work capability, multitasking, and attention to detail.
+ Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment
This role involves working in a creative and fast-paced environment, utilizing various technologies and equipment to produce high-quality content. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with different departments, enhancing the company's visibility and engagement through innovative marketing strategies.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $55000.00/yr.
