Job Title: ERP Business AnalystJob Description
Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams to align system capabilities with operational needs. Lead requirements-gathering sessions and translate business needs into clear, actionable documentation such as process flows, wireframes, and test plans. Build strong partnerships with process owners and support change initiatives through system enhancements.
Responsibilities
+ Oversee testing activities including functional unit testing (FUT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solution integrity.
+ Manage application lifecycle tasks such as issue resolution, release documentation, and user training.
+ Provide end-user support for enterprise applications including ERP, CRM, BI, and Power Platform, and troubleshoot issues via ticketing systems.
+ Design and deploy self-service analytics using BI tools; validate data accuracy through rigorous testing.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams using agile methodologies to deliver scalable solutions.
+ Participate in change management, documentation, and training for system updates and process improvements.
+ Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement efforts through active involvement in workshops and operational reviews.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with ERP system implementation.
+ 3+ years of experience as a business analyst.
+ Proficiency in data analysis and process improvement.
+ Ability to perform value stream mapping and data reporting.
+ ERP implementation knowledge.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree.
+ 2+ years in business systems.
+ Experience with PowerBI, SQL, Microsoft.NET, and Office 365.
+ Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
+ Excel and manufacturing reporting skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
