We are seeking experienced Pipelayers in the Bradenton, FL 34212 area. Local candidates preferred. The range of pay will be $26-$30/hr based on experience. *No per diem available*. As a Pipelayer for our Civil District, you will contribute to our team by:

+ Doing layout, set elevations and grading.

+ Installing of above ground mechanical piping and supports.

+ Must Have experience with the installation of C900 and ductile iron pipe.

+ Reading /Interpreting: contract documents, submittals, shop drawings, architectural, structural and mechanical drawings

What you will bring to the role:

•Must have minimum of 5 years' experience in the pipefitter /mechanical trade

•Able to read and understand construction drawings and specifications

•Able to create a safe working environment, and understands OSHA regulations

•Ability to take off and communicate tool and material requirements to the supervisor

•Must have experience in PVC installation and flanged piping mechanical systems

•Must have experience setting mechanical equipment including Clarifier equipment, pumps

•Ability to set up and perform piping tests

•Must have reliable transportation to jobsite

•Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work well with others

•Ability to identify potential issues during installation and elevate them to Foreman/Gen Foreman

•Must be able to pass a background check

•Must be able to pass a drug test
