    Operational Technology Manager Summary

    A major initiative is underway to modernize Operational Technology (OT) infrastructure, SCADA systems, and analytics at key production sites, including edible oil refineries and soybean processing facilities. The Operational Technology Manager will provide strategic leadership for OT, managing a dedicated team and collaborating with engineering and operations to implement and maintain OT systems across all relevant sites.

    Operational Technology Manager Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    + Develop and implement strategies to enhance the convergence between IT and OT systems

    + Assess the security, effectiveness, and resilience of current systems; identify and execute improvements

    + Oversee the planning, design, and execution of IT/OT projects

    + Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure successful project implementation

    + Provide direction and support to IT/OT project teams, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery

    Operational Technology Manager Experience Requirements

    + 15+ years of experience in IT or Operational Technology roles

    + Background in manufacturing or industrial operations

    + Expertise in infrastructure and cybersecurity technologies, including servers, firewalls, network switches, network segmentation, vulnerability assessments, and risk management

    + Proven experience managing technical teams and large-scale projects

    + Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% to operational facilities

    Operational Technology Manager Preferred Experience

    + Experience in agribusiness or process manufacturing

    + Familiarity with SCADA systems such as Rockwell FactoryTalk and/or Ignition

    + Relevant certifications (e.g., GIAC, GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443)

    + OEM-specific training and certifications (e.g., Rockwell, Inductive Automation)?

    Operational Technology Manager Minimum Education

    + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
