Job Title: Production Technician I

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 6+ month duration (possible Contract-to-Hire)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 2nd Shift, 2pm -10:30pm

Responsibilities

+ Maintains all production areas in a clean and orderly manner which is consistent with Good Manufacturing Practices.

+ Perform repairs and maintenance of facilities, wells, production equipment, and safety equipment.

+ Duties include the continuous operation of production platforms

+ Responsible for maintaining accurate production reports, testing of safety and environmental equipment, and documentation of such.

+ Possess basic machinery / system technical troubleshooting skills and knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems.

+ Understands planning and scheduling techniques associated with asset care management.

+ Maintain production standards and targets as well as identify areas for process improvement.

+ Document production by completing forms, reports, logs, and records of equipment and batches.

+ Performs all duties assigned in a safe manner consistent with company safety policies.

+ Completes all required records, reports, logs, documentation, etc., in an accurate and detailed manner.

+ Maintains quality standards and maintains production pace.

+ Gloves and goggles will be provided.

Requirements

+ Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent

+ Minimum 6 months experience working on a production line

+ Experience working in a GMP / SOP environment
