Job Title: Payroll SpecialistJob Description
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join the payroll and HR team. The role involves gathering timecards, assisting with payroll bi-weekly, and collaborating with TPS to process payroll for over 150 employees.
Responsibilities
+ Gather and organize employee timecards for payroll processing.
+ Assist in bi-weekly payroll operations.
+ Collaborate with TPS to ensure accurate payroll processing for 150+ employees.
Essential Skills
+ 1+ year of payroll experience.
+ Proficiency in payroll processing and data entry.
+ Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
+ Experience with payroll or ERP systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree is a plus.
+ HR or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
+ Ability to work independently.
+ Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
Work Environment
This position is based on-site at our Lenexa, KS office, operating during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.
