Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to manage daily administrative operations and support various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, and will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
+ Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
+ Create and maintain spreadsheets, including data entry, formulas, pivot tables, and charts in Excel.
+ Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
+ Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
+ Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical).
+ Assist with basic bookkeeping and invoice processing using Excel or accounting software.
+ Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks.
+ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
+ Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
+ Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and data analysis.
+ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience with Microsoft SharePoint or OneDrive.
+ Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Planner, Trello).
+ Basic knowledge of accounting or HR practices.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.45 - $26.45/hr.
