Job Title: Structures Mechanic
Job Description
Join a leading industrial group renowned globally for its expertise in energy, logistics, infrastructure, industrial machinery, aerospace, and defense. Be a part of a massive, climate-controlled hangar in Tucson, Arizona, where 16 lines of maintenance work on the CRJ line, with exciting expansions underway.
Responsibilities
+ Troubleshoot, install, remove, and inspect CRJ aircraft components.
+ Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, including service bulletins and air directives.
+ Conduct repairs and occasionally undertake modifications and upgrades.
+ Fabricate and modify structural components on aircraft parts.
Essential Skills
+ A minimum of 3 years of structural sheet metal repair and modification experience with an Airframe (A) License, or 6 years of similar experience without a license.
+ Proficiency in airframe maintenance, aircraft sheet metal repair, and heavy maintenance.
+ Experience with CRJ airframes is beneficial.
+ Experience in corporate jet or commercial aircraft maintenance is preferred.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ A&P License is preferred.
+ Experience with military aircraft maintenance is a plus.
+ Ability to pass a structures test - flush pass - before start.
+ Possession of a basic set of tools is required.

Work Environment
Work in a temperature-controlled environment with 12-hour shifts. Be prepared for flexible scheduling, including a 4 on, 3 off, 3 on, 4 off pattern, with occasional overtime of 8 hours every other week. The position includes an open-ended contract with 90-day performance reviews, offering the potential for permanent employment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tucson, Arizona.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $37.12/hr.
