Job Title: Shipping Clerk | 1st Shift | $20-22/HR

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Shipping Coordinator where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our molding production area. This position operates on the 1st shift, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Responsibilities

+ Retrieve different resin materials.

+ Transport materials, supplies, and components between the warehouse and the molding production area.

+ Mix thermoplastic materials and coloring pigment according to supplied formulas.

+ Recycle packaging materials effectively.

+ Maintain first in-first out and material identification within the documentation system.

+ Support Molding Process Technicians with the operation of injection molding presses.

+ Assist with loading molds and cleaning dryers, loaders, and material bins.

+ Issue and return materials using Epicor (ERP).

+ Handle materials manually and switch them over on machinery.

+ Conduct daily machine inspections and complete necessary paperwork.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in shipping and receiving.

+ Strong inventory control and cycle count skills.

+ Experience with warehouse inventory management.

+ Computer skills, including SAP knowledge.

+ Forklift operation and material handling expertise.

+ Competence in using RF scanners.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Prior experience in a warehouse or industrial/manufacturing environment preferred.

+ Customer-focused mindset, both internally and externally.

+ Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Work Environment

Work in a very clean manufacturing environment specializing in plastic injection molding. This drama-free workplace is not physically demanding and supports around 20 people in production on each shift. Mandatory overtime may be required, with shifts including 1st Shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, 2nd Shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, and 3rd Shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

This is a Permanent position based out of NORTH ROYALTON, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $45760.00/yr.
