    Job Title: Forklift Operator

    Job Description

    Operate various types of forklifts to efficiently move products throughout the facility. Engage in cross-training to master the sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, cherry picker, and clamp truck.

    Responsibilities

    + Safely operate forklifts to transport products within the warehouse.

    + Cross-train to become proficient in using different forklift types including sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, cherry picker, and clamp truck.

    + Handle materials and ensure accurate order picking and inventory management.

    + Utilize RF scanners for efficient loading, picking, shipping, and receiving processes.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 6 months experience operating forklifts.

    + Proficiency in material handling using stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and clamp forklifts.

    + Valid Driver's License required for this safety-sensitive position.

    + Competence in inventory management and order picking.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Openness to cross-training and learning all types of forklifts.

    + Comfortable working at heights.

    Work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse equipped with overhead fans. Adapt to a dynamic environment where safety is a priority and comfort is enhanced by supportive infrastructure.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St. Peters, Missouri.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
