Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Job Description

This 1st Shift Warehouse Manager position requires working Monday through Friday and Sundays for 2-4 hours. The role involves overseeing the entire warehouse operation and managing a team of 2-3 individuals. It is a hands-on position where the manager will assist with loading and unloading trucks, training warehouse staff, certifying forklift operators, planning daily workloads, and coordinating logistics with Customer Service, Sales, and Freight Carriers. The workload on Sundays includes preparing for the upcoming week.

Responsibilities

+ Oversee the entire warehouse operation.

+ Manage and supervise a team of 2-3 warehouse staff.

+ Assist with loading and unloading trucks.

+ Train individuals in warehouse department functions.

+ Certify individuals for forklift operations.

+ Plan daily workloads.

+ Utilize ERP System - SAP Business 1 for warehouse operations.

+ Coordinate with Customer Service and Sales regarding orders.

+ Schedule pick-ups and logistics with Freight Carriers.

+ Prepare for the upcoming week during Sunday shifts.

Essential Skills

+ 4 years of management or supervision experience in a manufacturing setting.

+ Experience operating a hi-lo/Forklift.

+ ERP System experience.

+ Experience working in a warehouse setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $50000.00/yr.

Annual Bonus up t0 15%- no guarantee, but they've done well with bonuses year over year
