What You’ll Do

+ Unload with confidence. Safely unload inbound shipments and transport products to designated storage locations.

+ Stack with strategy. Organize and store merchandise efficiently, following company and customer-specific guidelines.

+ Verify and validate. Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are accurate, damage-free, and properly documented.

+ Pick and prep. Pull products for shipment, ensuring the right items, quantities, and conditions every time.

+ Operate with skill. Use forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move, stack, and stage materials.

+ Maintain your zone. Keep equipment and work areas clean, organized, and ready for action.

+ Support the team. Assist with labeling, packing, light assembly, and inventory tasks as needed.

What You Bring

+ Proven ability to operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

+ Experience in unloading, stacking, and storing products in a high-volume environment.

+ Strong attention to detail when verifying shipments and reporting variances.

+ Familiarity with OSHA and MSDS standards and a commitment to workplace safety.

+ Ability to perform minor equipment maintenance and daily inspections.

+ Physical capability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift.

Bonus Skills

+ Experience with inventory control and stock rotation.

+ Ability to operate a variety of mechanical and electrical handling equipment.

+ Willingness to assist with facility maintenance, pallet repair, and trailer cleaning.

+ Strong record-keeping and time-tracking habits.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $23.50/hr.
