    Job Title: 3rd Shift - Machine Operator

    Job Description

    As a Machine Operator in our aerosol production line, you will independently operate and troubleshoot filler machines and other related equipment. You will ensure production lines have the necessary raw materials, manage changeovers, and maintain production records. Adherence to regulatory, safety, and environmental standards is crucial in this role, which requires high attention to detail and efficiency.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform line setup, startup, operations, line clearance, and changeovers.

    + Make equipment adjustments as necessary.

    + Conduct machine setups according to procedures and guidelines.

    + Accurately complete and maintain production and quality records.

    + Conduct quality checks, including weights, crimp, and depth.

    + Fill out quality paperwork throughout the shift.

    + Report problems to the Supervisor and/or Line Operator.

    + Act as a liaison between Operators, Supervisors, Techs, and Quality.

    Work Environment

     

    The position is for the 3rd shift, from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with a Sunday start around 8:00 PM. Every other Saturday is voluntary, with opportunities to work additional hours. The facility is very well-lit, clean, automated, and climate-controlled.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $62400.00/yr.
