    Job Description

    As an Architect, you will lead and contribute to the design and technical development of architectural projects, preparing and coordinating construction documents. You will play a key role in project coordination with consultants and clients, conduct construction administration and site observation, and ensure quality control of project deliverables. Collaboration within a team-oriented studio environment is essential.

    Responsibilities

    + Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented studio environment.

    Essential Skills

    + Licensed architect or desire to obtain licensure.

    + Proficiency in AutoCAD.

    + Experience in architectural design and rendering.

    + Experience with Revit.

    + Minimum of 3+ years of architecture experience.

    + Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.

    Work Environment

    The work environment consists of 95% in-office work with occasional travel to project locations. Engineers and architects collaborate in a shared space, fostering teamwork. The team includes tenured staff with over 30 years of experience. The standard workday is from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $45.67/hr.
