    Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

    Job Description

    As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for receiving equipment, ensuring inventory records are updated, and maintaining documentation for all materials in the warehouse and in-transit. You will play a vital role in maintaining proper segregation of materials and providing reports in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures. Your recommendations will help improve operations and assist in the development of policies and procedures.

    Responsibilities

    + Receive equipment, ensuring inventory records are updated and equipment is protected to prevent damage.

    + Maintain proper segregation of material according to Standard Operating Procedures.

    + Maintain documentation for equipment both in the warehouse and in-transit, ensuring accountability.

    + Provide reports in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.

    + Offer recommendations to the Director of Product Services to improve operations.

    + Coordinate with internal and external parties for receiving, storing, shipping, and maintaining material accountability.

    + Supervise and train personnel assigned to the warehouse.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in inventory control, shipping and receiving.

    + Experience in warehouse inventory and management.

    + Strong supervisory skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + 5 years of experience in warehouse management.

    + Experience in customer service and conducting inventories.

    Work Environment

     

    The role operates on a 1st shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The position requires 25% travel, with the expectation to be away for one week per month. This offers a balance of hands-on warehouse management while also engaging with external parties.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
