• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (occasional Saturdays, low-key overtime)

About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on, knowledgeable Shop Foreman to lead our service team in the maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of golf course mowing and landscaping equipment. This role is ideal for someone who is both mechanically and electrically skilled, with a passion for mentoring others and ensuring high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
+ Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and engine-related issues (gasoline and diesel).
+ Perform repairs and refurbishments on a wide range of turf and landscaping equipment.
+ Set up, test, and detail equipment before delivery to customers.
+ Interpret and apply electrical and hydraulic schematics.
+ Assemble machinery, grind blades and knives, and conduct equipment demonstrations.
+ Provide guidance and training to junior technicians and team members.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills:
+ Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills.
+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics.
+ Experience with gasoline and diesel engine systems.
+ Familiarity with hydraulic systems and mobile equipment.
+ Must own a basic set of hand tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Engine repair, mechanical and component assembly.
+ Experience with engine rebuilds, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
+ Knowledge of cable wiring and blueprint reading.
+ Leadership experience or a desire to mentor and train others.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
