    Job Description

    We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as General Production Workers. This role requires hands-on experience and a strong attention to detail. Successful candidates should be eager to learn and have experience in manufacturing or similar environments.

    Responsibilities

    + Clean parts as needed to ensure quality standards are met.

    + Perform general production and assembly duties efficiently and accurately.

    + Engage in warehouse and inventory activities, including kitting and operating forklifts.

    Essential Skills

    + Attention to detail to maintain high-quality standards.

    + Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.

    + Prior manufacturing or hands-on experience.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in electrical assembly, mechanical assembly, or quality control.

    + Background in construction or automotive technology is advantageous.

    Work Environment

     

    The work takes place in a large, clean, and well-lit manufacturing facility that is climate controlled for comfort. Employees work in shifts: Daylight from 6am to 2:30pm and 2nd Shift from 2:00pm to 10:30pm. Mandatory overtime is typically required on Saturdays for five hours. A shift differential is offered for the second shift.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Charleroi, Pennsylvania.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $47817.00/yr.
