    Job Description

    We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Associate with expertise in medical device manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machining, mixing and curing processes, cleaning operations, and general array assembly. The role involves supporting manufacturing engineering for transducer operations and contributing to new process developments and product improvements using lean and Six Sigma methods.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform machining operations such as dicing, grinding, and milling.

    + Manage mixing and curing processes including acoustic matching layer and backing block formulations, adhesives, and epoxies.

    + Oversee cleaning processes like plasma etching, vapor degreasing, ultrasonic, and aqueous cleaning.

    + Assemble general arrays including stack-bond, lens, cable, and test configurations.

    + Conduct metallization processes such as thin film deposition.

    + Provide manufacturing engineering support for transducer operations.

    + Develop new processes to support New Product Introduction (NPI).

    + Initiate and support product/process improvements using lean and Six Sigma methods to enhance quality, cost, and delivery metrics.

    + Ensure compliance with the company’s quality system requirements.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 2 years experience in medical device manufacturing.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Strong PC skills

    + Physical ability to carry 20-40lbs with or without accommodations

    + Ability to stand for extended periods

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $56160.00/yr.

     

    Starting wage of $27.00/hr. + $0.50 raise after 6 months of service

    Retirement Plan (401k):

    4% automatic Company contribution

     

    Fujifilm matches 50 cents for every dollar you contribute, up to 6% of your salary

    Paid Time Off:

    PTO increases based on years of service

    Employee Choice Holidays:

    Four (4) additional paid days off, based on date of hire in the calendar year

    Paid Holidays:

    Eight (8) paid holidays per year
