Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description
Join an industry-leading manufacturer specializing in metal finishing, focusing on innovative processes like peening instead of sand blasting. We are seeking four Operators to join our team, amidst exciting growth opportunities due to new customers and advancements in technology, including the introduction of new CNC Peening machines and the establishment of a new production line.
Responsibilities
+ Run a CNC motoman robotic machine.
+ Read work orders and blueprint specifications to determine the necessary program setup.
+ Review material requirements and make necessary machine adjustments.
+ Manually maneuver robots to make adjustments.
Essential Skills
+ Ability to read blueprints.
+ Minimum of 6 months operating experience or CNC Certification.
+ Proficiency in reading a tape measurer.
+ Fluency in reading and writing English.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Comfortable working in a non-climate controlled environment.

Work Environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Windsor, Connecticut.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
