    Job Title: Warehouse Clerk

    Job Description

    The Warehouse Clerk will fulfill and process orders, schedule inbound and outbound shipments, and oversee the general organization of transportation.

    Schedule

     

    Pay: $22/hr

     

    Shift: 9:30am-7pm (Monday-Thursday, Friday 8am-12pm)

    Responsibilities

    + Track and coordinate the movement of goods, ensuring accurate delivery.

    + Schedule delivery appointments for inbound and outbound shipments.

    + Prepare and compile information to record key performance indicators.

    + Identify and resolve discrepancies or anomalies related to shipments.

    + Interact with brokers, customers, and suppliers to address inquiries.

    + Manage shipping documents, verifying manifests, invoices, and orders.

    + Perform or assist with any operations as required to maintain workflow.

    + Provide outstanding customer service and use positive interpersonal communication skills.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in shipping and receiving processes.

    + Experience with dispatch operations.

    + Strong skills in Excel and data entry.

    + Ability to schedule inbound and outbound shipments effectively.

    + Excellent order fulfillment and processing abilities.

    + Competency in using PC and related technology.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in inventory management is advantageous.

    + Familiarity with booking and coordinating shipments.

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract position based out of Tavares, Florida.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
