    Join a leading construction firm as an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee an industrial manufacturing facility project in Grand Rapids. This position requires a strong background in Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMBs) and ground-up commercial construction, particularly within the industrial sector. Manage a $5 million industrial manufacturing building project, ensuring efficient and safe execution of all phases.

    Responsibilities

    + Oversee and manage the construction of a $5 million industrial manufacturing building.

    + Coordinate with up to 15 subcontractors to maintain project flow.

    + Ensure all phases of construction are executed efficiently and safely.

    + Collaborate with clients and maintain professional relationships.

    Essential Skills

    + 5+ years of experience as a commercial superintendent.

    + Ability to manage projects valued at $5 million or more.

    + Strong background in Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMBs) and ground-up commercial construction.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with industrial manufacturing buildings.

    + Excellent project management and site development skills.

    + Effective communication and people skills.

    Work Environment

    This role involves managing a project in Byron Center, focusing on ground-up PEMB construction. The work environment values respect and work ethic, and it is important to have good people skills. A company vehicle may be provided if needed. The position requires a superintendent who is professional and adept at working with clients.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $38.46/hr.
