Job Title: Engineering Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Engineering Technician to assist engineers with technical issues on the manufacturing floor. This role involves diagnosing equipment issues, troubleshooting and resolving technical problems in manufacturing processes, collecting and analyzing data to support engineering projects, and preparing technical reports and documentation. This position will take place on 2nd shift from 6:30pm - 3:15am.

Responsibilities

+ Assist engineers with issues on the manufacturing floor.

+ Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in manufacturing processes.

+ Collect and analyze data to support engineering projects.

+ Prepare technical reports and documentation.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in engineering and troubleshooting.

+ Engineering degree preferred, but open to candidates with 1+ year experience as an engineering technician.

+ Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Familiarity with PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodology.

+ Preferred experience in automotive industry.

+ Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $57200.00 - $58240.00/yr.
