Job Title: SIPS Specialist IIJob Description
This position is responsible for supporting the Supplier Information and Process Solutions (SIPS) team with vetting, establishing, and maintaining the supplier master database, which includes over 50,000 suppliers, in support of the Procure to Pay (P2P) process.
Responsibilities
+ Analyze, research, and process requests to add, change, or inactivate suppliers systemwide based on established policies and procedures.
+ Maintain confidential and sensitive information in a fast-paced, high-volume transaction environment.
+ Interact with both internal and external customers while adhering to compliance, auditing controls, and regulatory guidelines.
+ Adapt to changes in responsibility to meet the needs of the team.
+ Work independently as a self-starter with flexibility.
Essential Skills
+ 5-10 years’ related work experience.
+ Excellent and extensive analytical and organizational skills.
+ Customer service oriented.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.).
+ Attention to detail.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities.
+ Strong time management abilities.
+ Problem-solving skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Data entry experience.
+ Strong communication and computer skills.
Work Environment
The work environment is fast-paced and production-oriented, requiring interaction with both internal and external customers. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
