    We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Coordinator with over 2 years of experience in clinical research, specifically in supporting drug trials. This role involves patient interaction and meticulous data entry, with a focus on adverse event collection.

    Responsibilities

    + Coordinate and oversee clinical trials, ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

    + Conduct chart reviews and manage patient recruitment processes.

    + Pre-screen patients for clinical trials and manage regulatory documentation.

    + Enter and manage data using Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams in oncology to facilitate a variety of trials.

    Essential Skills

    + Clinical research and trial management

    + Experience in chart review and patient recruitment

    + Knowledge of GCP and regulatory requirements

    + Proficiency in data entry and EDC systems

    + Experience in oncology and pre-screening patients

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 2+ years of clinical research experience

    + Experience in a healthcare setting

    + Successful completion of CITI Program and IATA training within 3 months of hire

    + Certification in research through a professional organization within 1 year of hire

    Work Environment

    The role requires initial training on-site for 4-5 days a week, transitioning to 1 day of remote work per week for the first 6 months. Potential to increase remote work to 3 days per week based on performance and project needs.     Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
