    Assistant Superintendent – Heavy Civil Construction

    What You’ll Do

    + Support the Superintendent in managing daily site operations and ensuring project alignment with timelines and plans.

    + Oversee site work including excavation, grading, drainage, utilities, foundations, roads, pavements, and sidewalks.

    + Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and safety records.

    + Conduct site inspections, ensuring adherence to quality control, safety protocols, and construction standards.

    + Coordinate with contractors and field teams to keep projects running smoothly.

    + Identify and resolve project delays or challenges proactively.

    What We’re Looking For

    • 1-4 years of construction management experience (heavy civil projects preferred)

    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)

    • Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently

    • Experience with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, P6, MS Office)

    • Valid driver’s license for job site visits

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $180000.00/yr.
