Are you an experienced manufacturing engineer with a passion for equipment efficiency, maintenance planning, and leadership? We're looking for a Maintenance Engineering Manager to guide a new generation of engineers while ensuring production lines run smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee preventative maintenance (PM) schedules and projects

• Provide technical support for escalated mechanical & electrical issues

• Design tooling, including jigs and fixtures

• Develop & update manufacturing work instructions

• Manage equipment upgrades & external contractor projects

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field

• 4+ years of manufacturing experience

• Expertise in robots, PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics

• (Preferred) Familiarity with Mitsubishi PLCs & Fanuc robots

• (Preferred) Background in metals manufacturing (stamping, roll forming, welding)

• This is a first-shift position with overtime opportunities during shutdowns and holidays. The facility is growing its engineering team—this is your chance to lead and make an impact!

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $105000.00/yr.
